Jay M. Savage, Marcus Sparreboom and Gregory K. Pregill recently published (2025) a scholarly work, The Dutch Indies Commission and the Herpetological Legacy of Heinrich Boie (1794–1827) (SSAR, Contributions to Herpetology 35). Boie was an early participant in the great Dutch colonial enterprise, the Natuurkundige Commissie voor Nederlandsch-Indië. The Savage et al. (2025) manuscript had a long gestation, as related by Jay Savage in his preface, and the preparation of the submitted manuscript for publication took several years, involving multiple sets of revisions by the authors and some significant changes to the organization of the text, tables and appendices as well as several rounds of rationalization and standardization of the many conventions used, particularly in the appendices. As is the case in almost any lengthy work, (mostly) minor errors of omission and commission have occurred that, despite best efforts, escaped both the authors and me, as editor of the book. The most important of these was the omission of three tables called for in the text. How these were missed, despite having been present in the files initially received from the authors and subsequently edited by me, is something I cannot explain. However, this was through no fault of the authors and falls squarely on my shoulders as editor. In order to make the missing information available as quickly as possible, and to the readership most likely to wish to access the data in these tables, I here provide Tables 8–10, called for but not included in Savage et al. I also take this opportunity to list a series of errata that have been brought to my attention since the publication of Savage et al. (2025).
